This is my dads dr & we really like this place there so nice & they get right on everything & there staff is the best !

I was told by my referring Doctor that this office would contact me for an appointment on 1/30/2020. If they did not call in a few days to contact them. On 2/18/2020 I finally called at 10:23 am. It rang about 10 times before automation answered. I left a message and after 3 hrs. hearing nothing I drove to the office. After learning that they had the referral in the computer but they DO NOT CALL PATIENTS they expect the patient to call them. So, I wanted to make an appointment because my referring Dr. had me scheduled for a Echogram in two days. The answer I got from the very uncaring lady at the window was I would have to wait till late April for any appointment. She was more concerned about who should have called who than anything to do with my health! Even another patient in the waiting room apologized as I was leaving for what she heard and saw as I stood at the appointment window. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. You could drop dead of a heart attack and they simply do not care!
