Going to dairy queen for ice cream is always fun and good, but the last few weeks when stop for and ice cone, they have been giving some really bad looking cones. Sometimes they are huge and hanging off the cone. Ice cream is always good, but I think the ppl working need to take a little more time and effort to do a better job

I love Dairy Queen and I am so obsessed with the new cotton candy blizzard and my husband loves the royal blizzard..... I got a animal cracker/ cotton candy blizzard which is not what I asked for on top of my order being messed up 3 times...... So two star for this location

It was terrible. The sour cream was just like water. We had ordered chicken tndrs a week or so before and had the same problem with the sour cream and returned it. We did not return it this time because they sure seem not to care. A month or so ago we were overcharged for 4 chix tenders and called the person taking money about it and he said he was right. We were charged 8.11 for 4 chix tenders with no drink. He would not change it. I tried calling at least 4 times and never got an answer. Now we are definately done with Dairy Queen in Chetek!

Food is good! Love their chicken strips, but the serving size keeps getting smaller. The last time I went, my 6 piece basket had 5 smallish strips and one that could only be called a nugget. And the small cone that I got was tiny. For $2.84 they can part with a little more ice cream.
