Just had my 2nd bedroom re-carpeted by Riviera flooring company. Husband and wife team where very kind and professional and very cautious to keep there work area clean and neat as they worked. The only positive feedback I have about this business is the staff was very nice. We had a timeline to get our carpet and they assured us it was no problem. After not hearing from them for a couple weeks we went in to check on our order. Tina made many phone calls and at one point told me the carpet left the warehouse ten days ago. More phone calls were made and when she hung up she told me basically the carpet wasn’t coming and I needed to reorder! This was a day before our timeline. Never did she check on this order in the two week period. I asked for our deposit back. While I was waiting another customer came in and said his installers never showed up. Just a terrible experience!
All aspects of my flooring purchase experience were positive. I give Riviera Floor Covering my highest recommendation. The whole process was easy, professional, and affordable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Delivery was made as promised, and the final product is beautiful flooring.
Bart and his wife did a wonderful job for us on the installation of our master bedroom carpet. They helped to move the furniture back in the room also. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
