I went to TK Flooring on 11/2/20 and Jeana helped me. She is really nice and helpful. She set up an appointment for TK to come and measure my bedrooms. TK came over and measured my rooms. I was told I would be getting a call in a few days. Well I called on 11/4/20 and was told it takes time to put together the estimate. Well I waited until 11/12/20 no estimate.
I went to Riviera flooring on 11/13/20 and got my estimate on 11/15/20.
So someone at TK dropped the ball. So if you want flooring and don't care how long it takes go to TK. Like I said they are very nice people. They just don't follow though.
Our granite was installed yesterday. Beautiful job. The folks at TK are awesome. You must visit them before you go anywhere else. Wonderful!

Contracted with TK floor to install some base cabinets, granite counter top and glass backsplash. This was after a kitchen flood so not all cabinets needed replaced. Granite was re-used and new glass backsplash. Cabinets installed on time. Granite was noted as having a small crack on the underside near faucet. But there is steel reinforcement so no issue. Granite was installed with new plywood. Backsplash all installed. When we pushed the stove back in the new granite is 1/4" lower than the original. So the height on left is even with the stovetop. The height on the right (new side) is 1/4"low. Stove is level. Final cleanup also showed the granite is cracked on top front of sink area. We thought we hired a professional install company but how can you mis having the new granite 1/4" lower than the original? Not sure how we are going to fix the granite height difference?
