The grandma told her grandson to be a con artist she didnt know she was on speaker phone. I have decided to get my refund since she said that to her grandson. Then the grandma was rude about giving me my refund. I had to get in an argument with her because she has poor customer service skills. Lost my business. Just get your appliances at a reputable place like lowes, sears, or home depot down the 95 hwy.

I had an issue with my defrost timer on my fridge. I called Wayne's and asked if they had the part without even asking for the model number they stated they had it and it would be $20. I look online at pricing and it is about mid range for the part (at this point I think the part is new since they never stated it was a used part). If you call them out I would double check that the parts are new and not used parts that they are selling at the same price as new parts. I buy the part anyway since I need the fridge to work, upon removing the defrost timer I notice that it has a ground wire that the new part does not have a post for and the unit on the back is larger. I am thinking that the new unit is self grounding due to better ways of doing things. I go back down to Wayne's to confirm this and to double check that I have the correct replacement part before I cut the ground wire off (had to cut it since the compressor grounds to the same place). I go in and the woman in the office tells me that "He is out on calls". I can understand this so I ask if she knows when he will be back so I can come back and ask him. Again she says "No", I then ask if she can call him then, again she says "No". I then ask if I can leave my number and she says "No". It wasn't until I said to her "Lady I know your busy watching T.V. but maybe you could take 5 min and give your paying customers some customer service" that she took my phone number. Then she informed me that I was talking to the business owner which appalled me even more. I let her know that she was a horrible business owner. I wish I would have read the reviews, I finally called A plus Appliance Service and they confirmed that yes I needed to just cut the wire which they did not have to do since I bought the part elsewhere (I wish I would have though it was $10 more but it would have been brand factory sealed part.)
