Rude and unpleasant... Mrs Carling makes you feel like your wasting her time. Don't wast your time go somewhere else.

This insurance office is awesome! You can tell when you walk in the door that it's a special place. The waiting room is very spacious and includes several plush automobile seats for customers to relax in. (They're so comfortable it's actually disappointing when you have to get up!) All of the staff here are real friendly and knowledgeable. Something came up recently with my car insurance that originated with State Farm corporate (not this office), that required prompt communication with corporate to resolve. Kitty's staff really went to bat for me. Everything got taken care of right away. I'm so glad I switched my insurance over to this office a few years ago!
