Every time I go there, they are reluctant to help and usually tell me they can't do what I have asked them for, which is simply to obtain a box for shipping or print a shipping label. Completely unprofessional and downright bad at being a post office.
I love the USPS in general, but the staff at this office is notoriously rude and unhelpful. It wasn't always that way.
Unhelpful, not friendly, if I could rate them 0 I would. Poor customer service, bad attitude and an overall terrible experience.
does the automated voice ever connect you to an agent,,,NO...put in that option and maybe we could to to a real person to get answers
After five years in SoRo, I miss even the local post office. They knew me by name within the first week I moved there and always greeted me with a welcome and a smile. I never had trouble with my mail and they even went great lengths to find me* when my then boyfriend was trying to deliver me fresh flowers (obviously a P.O. Box isn’t a good address for that!). *NOT in a creepy way!—just gentle word of mouth—it’s a small town so their efforts easily paid off :-) But anywhere else, even that effort wouldn’t have been made. Oh! And the flowers!—Also from the wonderful local SoRo florist—They were gorgeous!
