My experience with Remax was a very positive one. Cheryl Hermann was my agent. She made things go very easy and the transformation was a smooth and positive one. I definitely would recommend her and her company to anyone. In fact I have mentioned her to two of my friends who are looking to move. She has a good and energetic attitude about her. She backs her clients a 110%. I always felt she had my back and tried to get everything I wanted. She took the time and effort to find out what I was interested and needed. When I plan on moving and selling again I would definitely contact her. She also listened to me and I felt she was also a friend but in a professional way. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I hope to be able to repeat it again in the future.

Cheryl really knows her clientele and the market. Our house sold in 1 day to the first people to look at it. She understood exactly what they wanted, so our house was perfect for them. She also understood the market and priced it correctly.
