Kim Daniell's Properties LLC

I lived in Bullhead City for 18 years of my life. I grew up there. I moved away to California in 96 and married. My husband was being transferred to the area for his work. We had a short amount of time to find a house for ourselves and our small children. I talked to Kim and she was very helpful and nice. She advised me to call the office and speak to assistant. I did so, and the call kept getting transferred back to Kims cell phone. She took my number and said she would have her assistant call back. It took 2 days for the assistant to call me. I set up an appt to view 2 homes. The next day, I recieved a call from the assistant. She said, " Is this Dawn?" I said, "yes." She said, " Uh...Kim knows you are coming tomorrow and all the houses have apps on them already...so she doesn't want you to waste your time." I was shocked. She did not apologize. She did not offer to show me other homes. She was just very rude. I was nursing my baby to sleep so I thanked her and she said "ok Bye." This was probably the worst customer service I have recieved from any business in my life. The tone of her voice was nasty and she was not helpful at all. I do not know if the owner of the company knows that her assistant treats people that way. But it is going to harm their business and drive people away. I had informed Kim that I would be in the market for buying soon. But after this experience, I will be going elsewhere. Thankfully, a prominent business owner in the area helped me find a house after such a bad experience. I will also be using a different realty when it comes time to purchase. I want to reiterate, the bad service was from the assistant and not from Kim.
