I had to start using this pharmacy last year due to insurance. I consistently had issues with getting scripts filled. They refilled the wrong medication, wrong amounts, or would not have scripts completed when they called and said they were ready.nnThis year I have a new insurance. I went in and advised them of the change. I asked my profile be closed so I would not have any scripts filled and notifications turned out.nnI have continued to have scripts filled against my instructions. After multiple calls they assured me this would end, but it continued to happen. Today I called after another robo call from CVS. I spoke to the store manager who advised they could not control these calls, and gave me an 800 number to call to stop the calls.nThe number he gave me was incorrect and I had to try 3 numbers to reach the CVS service line to end the calls. I would never rely on them for anything if I was not forced to.
