I have had this office for 1 and 1/2 years and I have loved it. I got married and my husband and I wanted to go on the same policy (2 cars) being taken out of our account once a month when it’s due.. I have had to go into the office 6 times and talked to them 4 times on the phone because my bill isn’t being paid from my account, I’ve gone back to getting paper bills that I have never gotten being with them and my husband and I are getting separate bills. I have been extremely patient with them as they have blamed the main hub. The last time I went into the office they didn’t even have our account information anymore and they said they would call into the main hub and figure it out and call me back the next day. Guess what?... they never called me back at all and there is no money taken out of my account- so State Farm thinks I’m late on my payments- which I have never been! I’m highly disappointed in how they handled this and I would not refer anyone to them because they could not handle just putting my husband and I together on one policy. I’m sure we aren’t the only people who have gotten married and asked to be on the same policy. And if you choose this office- good luck! Because joe and mike didn’t even make an effort to leave me a voicemail when they said they would.

Mike was super quick to get back to me and was able to save me quite a bit of money from what I was paying at my previous insurance company. During this time of Covid, we all have to be more innovative in how we make our income and Mike was able to get me a business liability policy for my start up dog training business that was very affordable. I will definitely recommend Mike Estrada and State Farm to everyone I know!
