I DO NOT recommend Aspen Dental in Lebanon, NH...here is why. I came as a new patient (I moved states and was trying to find a decent dentist that didn’t make you pay a ton because I don’t have dental insurance) where the first visit is supposed to be free, they send me two bills in the mail for that visit. Then, I came to have my first filling done and I paid $217 for the filling to come out 2 1/2 days later with flossing. Finally, when I made the appointment to get the refund, not only did I wait 30 minutes but, the hygienist tells me that she has fillings pop out all the time. I’m sorry but I have been going to one dentist for years and I have never once had a filling pop out. I will NEVER come back.

I had a very serious dental emergency, and every dentist in the country seems to be booked solid for months due to covid backup; aspen dental got me an appointment for X-rays very quickly, and although they could not schedule surgery that day, they did everything they could and gave me antibiotics. Everyone was very kind and patient even though I was crying a lot and scared. The woman that did my X-rays was super gentle, and the dentist was understanding. The front desk staff was wonderful despite a few rude grumpy people complaining loudly about having to wear masks in the lobby. Once they could fit me in for 3 extractions a few days later, the dentist and hygienist (Nate is amazing) were very gentle and thorough, they kept me calm, and the process was so much appreciated. I’ve been to many dentists and have always been treated badly because of my anxiety, but they were so attentive and kind. Also they did not shred my gums like my last dentist did and I am healing nicely. I will always go to aspen dental from now on. Thank you aspen dental!! And thank you office manager for going above and beyond for me when I had no outside support.

My first visit to Aspen, I recently moved to the area and needed to find a dentist. I have to say everyone was very friendly and explained to me what needs to be done. My first visit was free so that was an added bonus, loved Dr. Jay he was so sweet. Need to see a Periodontist, but had no cavities......
