I love sunglasses! I like to see if they have new styles of frames and lense colors. The girl that was there helping didnt make me feel uncomfortable as to needing to buy. Yet she was very knowledgeable about all the glasses that I tried on.

I had a replacement offer from Luxotica because my broken Ray Bans were discontinued. The offer had a limited time frame with no return possible, so I had to be certain the choice I made was the right one. I visited the Sunglass Hut in Laughlin, NV., where I made my original purchase, in order to make an informed selection. I was up front with NADINE about my needs, which included the fact that I wasn't buying, just fitting/shopping. NADINE took care of me like I was buying 6 pair of Maui Jims. I tried on at least 10 pair once and three or four pair several times, till I settled on just 2. She stayed attentive and knew her stuff front to back. She answered most of my questions before I asked them. NADINE was professional, courteous, and patient even in light of my not being a paying customer per se. Very pleasant visit with an 'old school' customer service professional. Promote immediately.
