Took 5 hours at 7pm on a Friday to get car towed after they had a garage come give us bad gas... Yes BAD GAS hence thw tow
I love AAA. They have saved my butt on many occasion! The staff at this location are super friendly. I never knew it was here! Glad I went in. I got travel insurance for an upcoming trip and I also got a free insurance quote. They gave me a big plastic cup with a swirly straw! I've always wanted one of those! Thank you for making my experience at this branch such a breeze and for making me feel like a valued customer!
March 21st, I called AAA for a flat tire up on the Piermont/Haverhill line. I’m a Plus member and have been for 9 years. I was told the driver would be there within the hour. This was at 2:30. 3:37 rolls around and still no driver. I step out of my vehicle to take photos of the tire and after so long out of the car, it locks. My keys are in and I’m locked out. AAA called to check in and then told me he’d be another 15 minutes and they’d have them jimmy the car. 4pm, still no driver. AAA once again says it will be another 15 minutes. 4:15 - no driver. AAA says he’ll be another 15 minutes. See a pattern?nMy husband recommends Lavoies in Haverhill NH, who arrives within 10 minutes. Mike was excellent in his customer service and he and his mechanics work on my vehicle.nThe driver calls and tells me he’s at the address but in the opposite direction. I called AAA to inform them of this mishap and said they would “look into it” and don’t bother to get my information.nAAA in Massachusetts has always been excellent. NH clearly cares more about over-promising and under-delivering. I’m a Plus member and am wondering why if service doesn’t seem to matter here. Very unfortunate.
