I always go to Faith's Ford. The service department is exceptional! They're kind and patient and always accommodate what I want or need. This time I worked with Doug and he was super friendly. I had an oil change, tire rotation, inspection and the car cleaned. Everything was done in a timely manner and my car looks like I just bought it. The customer area is well kept as well. I'd recommend Faith's Ford to anyone.

“Everyone drives”.... yeah the car you came in. I have never felt more unwanted in a place than I have ever felt. I knew within 2 seconds if we were getting a deal or not. I’m not sure where to start the fact that our sales person didn’t want to be at work or the promise of speaking and dealing with the manager that never happened. Also you should go here if you want a dealership to make fun of u, and talk about u right in front of you. I have never felt so unwelcome in a place, buyer beware.

Very bad customer service experience!nnWhen purchasing a new Ford, the salesperson told us they could go and get the exact car that we wanted from the sister dealership that was about 20 miles away, while we filled out some of the paper work and provide a check for the deposit. We waited an hour and a half only to be told the key could not be found! So we were told to come back 3 days later and they would have the vehicle ready to go...guess what..they didn’t. When we got there we saw a vehicle similar to the one we wanted leaving the dealership...that was because the wrong vehicle had been picked up...but we should wait and complete the financial paper work. Once again we patiently waited. Finally after two hours the vehicle arrived...but not ready for delivery. We had to wait additional time while all the plastic coverings were removed, the car was washed and readied...and it had to be driven out to fill the gas tank,nnUpon “final inspection” I showed the sales Preston that the door handle had a scratch...but he said it wasn’t a big deal...that area was going to get scratched anyway! }¥¥¥££¥…[{!!!nnThen just as we were about ready to leave we are informed that they don’t have the second set of keys or the emissions sticker for the window! They would have those in a couple of days. As this was Monday...certainly they would remedy this by Wednesday???nnOn Thursday we still hadn’t heard so drove to the dealership at 10 AM. No one could find the keys or the sticker and the salesman had just stepped out. We told the office personnel that we would be back at 3pm to pick up the keys and the sticker.nnHowever when we arrived we were greeted by the salesman who quickly said the keys and sticker had not arrived and he didn’t know when they were coming. He started making excuses...but I couldn’t listen to another word.nnAll during this time...this horrible customer service went completely unchecked and it seemed like we were just supposed to a accept it.

I will not buy another vehicle at Faith's Ford, and if you expect good customer service, you shouldn't either! Bought a truck there in June, and I have a written IOU from them promising to get me a spare key, but here it is October, and after no fewer than six calls, discussions with the sales rep, the sales manager, and the service manager, still no key. This doesn't seem like an unreasonable request.

Had them try to do an alignment on my truck. Was told the tie rod adjustment sleeves were seized and they been trying all day to get them loose. Was quoted $430 to change the sleeves, reset the pitman arm (which was off to be fair)2 hrs to clean up the threads on the steering gear and replace the nut. For that price did it myself. But what the issue i have with them is there was nothing wrong with the tie rod sleeves, they either used vise grips or a pipe wrench on one sleeve and crushed it. If they used a tie rod adjusting tool it opens up the sleeve as it’s turned, which it did with ease. Oh and the threads took all of 2 minutes to be cleaned up, and a new nut from Toyota of Keene was $3.80. Went here cause I was told the alignment was $70 but got charged $90 for them attempting to line it up. Go to an independent mechanic! Don’t go to the stealership!
