Never in my life (that I can remember at least) has a medical professional taken so much time with me to go over all my concerns. I felt so seen and heard and respected and cared for. Absolutely *everyone* we encountered - from at the entrance, to the waiting room, to the desk, to labs, etc - was friendly, kind, caring and patient. I feel really grateful to have found Grace Cottage and Summer Burch (and everyone else who helped me). This place feels so comforting, its name is very fitting.
