They need to work on improving customer service, specifically being more attentive to people waiting at the counter! Multiple employees just kind of ignoring your presence until finally someone steps up. Frank spoiled us with his warm greetings in the old days.

I hope I never ever have to change my pharmacy!nHotel Pharmacy is truly One of a Kind.nAlmost every single person that works there has been kind, patient, and courteous to me over the last few years, which is a far cry from the treatment that I received from my previous chain store pharmacy.nnAlways respectful and professional!nnA sincere thank you Hotel Pharmacy Staff, for all that you do! You make a difference.

In addition to being a great pharmacy in a cool old church building, they also have a small but FANTASTIC selection of craft beers.

Hi all,nWell me just sitting here at the hotel pharm trying to not to throw a fit let me first state that I have been a customer for over twenty years, over that time hotel has been great and totally the worst store I’ve ever been in. Today was one of the worst experiences ever while my wife waited for our scripts to be filled I was just shopping around when I hear from behind the counter comes a booming voice “can I help you” I responded with a no that I was just shopping around: I was then told by an employee very rudely to just come take a seat, I then responded why I was just shopping around, she replied that I needed to take a seat because she was protecting her establishment.like I said I’ve been a customer of twenty years and I can say this , during the early days when frank was still alive you would have never heard people that work here talk to the customers the way that they so rudely do. This is not on Mary she has been good to us but for some of her employees they are out of line and completley unprofessional over matters that don’t even concern them.nnS. Cavanaugh & C Harrison
