We have a Golden Retriever pup who is now 9mo old but has been going to Waterbury Vet since we got him 7 months ago! The staff have been nothing but exceptional, friendly, cooperative, and down to earth. They are always willing to get him in when needed and review all possible options. The vets are also amazing with not trying to up-sell products or medications that are unneeded. Their prices are more than fair for all products and services. Whenever our dog has a visit for something acute, they call to follow up every few days until our pup was feeling better - what an awesome touch.nnI simply can not say enough positive things about this office. As someone who has had dogs all of her life and has been to some less-friendly offices, trust me when I say these guys are the best! Special shout out to Shelby the Vet Tech who always makes Murphy feel at home, you rock!
I didn’t even get the chance to step foot on n the door and I am already displeased. I scheduled my puppy for an appointment a few days prior to my actual appointment and was excited as she has been having an issue with her eye. I get 2 calls the day before to confirm which is great, however because of the craziness of HC worker hours I was unable to call them back abut had every intention of keeping my appt. On the day if the appointment I call all excited to confirm my appt and apologized for not answering or calling them back right away and they turn around and tell that my appt was cancelled because I did not respond. Now here is my poor puppy left with an eye issue , really unprofessional telling me that other people needed appts

My dog and I love this place ! Dr. Maranda is a queen!! They always have our back and they are extremely flexible with appointments
We recently switched from another veterinarian to this one after a recommendation from a friend. After two visits, we are very happy with our decision. The staff is all so kind and helpful. They give great recommendations/advice without being too pushy. And the visits have been quick and to the point. To top it off, after our last visit the vet herself called to personally check in on our dog which was very kind. If you’re looking for a vet, check this place out!
