Flu shot. Completed online form, with detailed health insurance information, plus called ahead to confirm to see if they accept BlueCross Blue Shield health insurance card. And did I need a prescription card. No prescription card needed by pharmacy tech. Drive 20 minutes to get there. The pharmacist then says we cannot bill the heath plan. You need a prescription card. No where did it state that on the online form, nor on the big sign in the store. Very frustrating.

The only reason I gave a star at all is because alot of the staff are very friendly

Fran is a great pharmacist, the guy with the bow tie is a not. He uses an insurance that has not been used there before instead of our normal insurance and then will not put it thru the correct insurance because as he said, he did a great job and there is no need to redo a great job, to talk to Fran if we had an issue.

I'm very disappointed. I had one refill of my Albuterol inhaler, and they told me I did not. I have the box from the last time I picked up my in hair, and it clearly says 1x refill. Now I have to go to the doctors, and have them write me a new Rx. This is an expense I wasn't planning on because I have a refill. It's also my experience that they use the cheapest, low quality generic medication here too. I don't leave many one star Reviews, but I feel this pharmacy deserve the rating because they are costing me MORE that I should not have to spend.
