We had a wonderful evening last night at Peasant. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals.Chris ( the owner) and staff were, as always, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Masks were worn, tables aptly spaced apart so we felt “ safe”nWe highly recommend treating yourselves to a most enjoyable evening!nWe look forward to going back.
We went to the location for my boyfriend 60th birthday ud83cudf82 last weekend. The drinks were amazing and the food was great. There menu is fantastic. The owner and staff are super nice. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place for cozy evening. David and Bhavna
Peasant was delicious!!! We ordered takeout on Labor Day Weekend 2020 and the service was prompt for pickup and the food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for good Italian food while in the Sugarbush region of VT. Soooooo delicious!!!

Excellent food and service. Friendly staff that makes you feel like a local. One of the hire end restaurants in Waitsfield but worth the price. Cozy, warm atmosphere and a good selection of beers and wines. Most dishes in the $20s but a couple appetizers with generous portions if you're on a budget.
