I bought 4 of the Alba Happy Lights and actually really like the light. However, really poor supply chain, customer support and product quality drops to one star as it has been very frustrating. I bought 4 and only received 1. Support acknowledged this and said I was getting the rest but then only received one more. I raised again and no response. After a few pings they said it was on back order and more would be in week following. Nothing and no follow up after pings. Also, the power cord piece broke, it is flimsy and not well made, so my light doesn't work. It's USBC but special model. I also brought this to support to get help on and radio silence after multiple pings.nnUPDATE: I believe in companies being able to redeem themselves. Verilux promptly sent me a replacement for the broken unit and refunded me for the items not received. I'm raising my review to 3 stars given the product is good and support rectified the issue (partly).
