Hannah and the team at Elevation are top-notch! I've had lingering back and neck pain for years and finally committed to an 8-week program this year. Instead of being laid-up all summer missing out on outdoor activities, I've been pain-free since starting the program; Elevation gave me the tools I needed to manage terrible hip/spine alignment when I start to feel the old pains coming - such a life-changer.nnThe professional, well-equipped therapy room takes covid precautions seriously and I wouldn't have a second thought about going in for a session there these days.
