My totally favorite bookstore in Vermont. Spent $10 on a bunch of gently-used books and the Tempest steers some of my dollars to a food assist kitchen nearby.nnThere is a thing called perfection if you just look for it.
In a world where book stores are becoming far and few between, this is an excellent hidden gem!! I've had nothing but great experiences there with the owner Rick. For example, I was in need a a quality knot tying book, I called Rick and was amazed at the wealth of knowledge, not only that it's like he has the store inventory in his head, but all that he knew about the book!! Do yourself a favor and skip Amazon, stop in or call Rick!! He also changes watch batteries and bakes amazing bread!!
