I’ve been a patient since Bob Murray opened the place. It’s changed drastically since it became affiliated with UVM. You cannot get in to see your doctor when you are sick. The front desk people are not friendly and if you need to see someone that day, they tell you to go to community health center or the emergency room! Are you kidding me? I had Lyme disease and needed to be seen ASAP. I love my Doctor, but I can’t get in to see her.

In over 7 years with this practice, I have nothing to say but good things. Conveniently located, helpful staff, and very professional doctors.

I have only had positive experiences at this office for the little over a year that I have been a patient there, but I am happy with the care. My doctor was able to attend to two of my chronic medical problems successfully, and one of these had previously eluded adequate treatment for several years. Then when an urgent visit was needed, I was seen quite promptly.nnTwo of my family members are also treated at this office by my doctor, and also are happy with the care. A third family member is seen there by one of the nurse practitioners and is perhaps a little less happy, but I lack the data on this.nnI myself am an older physician and have to say that many of the basic treatment algorithms have changed since I was trained, so that some things appear more casual and less rigorous than I am used to, but I nonetheless support this practices' approach, as so far everything important has been addressed competently and with respect. FWIW, I have had contact with two of the M.D.s here for various of my issues.

Great doctors and practitioners. In response to the other review this DR office is for current patients. If you are not a current patient please go to Express Care. There is a site only a few miles towards Stowe.

Doctors do not listen to you as patient. They see only what they want to see. If they don't know what is wrong with you the answer is that there isn't anything wrong at all. They treat you more like a number than a person and are very limited in what they do know. Doctors behave uncaring and treat patients like and inconvenience. I would not recommend this office.
