This is truly a great community Co-op - where Vermont visitors can also shop. They specialize in what many would consider Health Foods - - but they also have local Vermont cheeses, organic vegetables in season, fruit, a full deli for hot and cold carry out, or eat there - and a great selection of home cooked buffet choices, including soup that you can lunch on or carry out for dinner. (I love the KALE!!!!)nnThey have many isles that have many selections of body care and home care natural products - Vitamins, Minerals, natural vinegars, Honey, Maple syrup, Kombucha, natural cereals, bulk fours, grains and nuts - really - - if you love natural products this is a great selection in a very clean, well maintained store front. And its great to know that it supports the local community who join as members.nnThe Staff is friendly - cordial - willing to answer questions about many of the natural products that might be new to you - and/or which might be best suited to your individual needs.nnThis is not as big as the Burlington Co-op - - but it is a very pleasant place to shop. I keep a list and shop for our needs whenever I am in the Montpelier area.
