Good collection of books, places to study in peace or even read outside. Staff is helpful and nice, too.
Montpelier is home to many fine institutions - this library is the community's crown jewelry. Walk into this build and you may just run into a National Book Award winner. Its knowledgeable, friendly staff, is constantly looking for ways to encourage young readers, serve the general public, as well as recognizing outstanding contributions by Vermonters.nFrom their website: 'On the first Saturday each December, the Kellogg-Hubbard is transformed into an inviting and glamorous venue, complete with live music, hors d'oeuvres, wine & beer, and honored guest speakers.' This is an amazing event known as 'Evening at the Library'.
A wonderful place! Libraries are awesome and should be utilized by everyone. The more education you have the better choices you will make. Education doesn't need to come from school it can.... but learning can also happen anywhere libraries are a great place to start
Kellogg-Hubbard is one of our favorite places in all of Montpelier!
