My boyfriend bought me a bracelet & it was ordered a week before my birthday, & he never got a phone call nor any calls back from calling them. Very dissatisfied cuz the 17th came, & went. We went down there on Wednesday the 21, & she literally had to look 4 the order. Mind you it was already payed 4 I guess, & she knew what day he was waiting for it. He called, & called yet no call back. Never got my Birthday presents tell the 21, when my birthday was on the 17th. Keep in mind he ordered it on a Tuesday I do believe. Plenty of time as he was told. Just a little upsetting cuz now one of the charms is half falling off. He tried so hard.

Katies jewels is always a five-star experience. Great service from knowledgeable people. Very fairly priced jewelry at many price points. EXCELLENT REPAIRS TOO!

Repaired rings for my wife. They came back looking better than new and very friendly and cozy shop. Would highly recommend for jewelry needs for both male and female jewelry. Definitely will return for future purchases, nice and local and from what I understand they have been doing this for many years and shows in their workmanship. Thank you again!

Katie's Jewels owner, Jeannie, is just the very best jeweler I've ever met. She's certainly the very best (and by far the friendliest) in Central Vermont. She is extremely skilled at her craft and obviously loves what she does, and she's willing to tackle repairs that others say are beyond hope and consistently produces fantastic results. I've used other jewelers in the area in the past, but would absolutely never consider doing so again - I'm a faithful Katie's Jewels customer for life.
