Great place to shop in Havasu
This place is great. Wide selection and friendly service.
Unfortunately I have spent a lot of time in this store. I bought several pairs of sunglasses, shoes, yeti coolers, dog bowls, clothing and more. I went there last week because my spy sunglasses were purchased last year and the rubber arms were failing. She was very rude about the warranty procedure. Was not helpful! Than I went back today to buy another pair. As i walked through i was greeted by a guy telling me they don’t allow dogs in there store. I had had him in there on two other visits. I even purchased a pair of yeti dog bowls from here and all my yeti coolers. They even have a dog picture on there window, for advertisement. There Customer service is lacking! I have purchased thousands over the years. No more Christmas shopping or any other shopping here!! Wow, so hard to believe that they have so many name brands and still in business.
Great selection, prices, and the gal behind the counter was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend it!
