It seems the office never answers the phones. Closed for lunch until 1:30pm and still no answer at 1:40pm. Wish I could say this has only happened once but it seems to always happen when I call. It would be handy for someone to answer the phones during the lunch hour since that's when most parents have a free moment to make phone calls.

The physicians are wonderful but I find their hours difficult. They dont open until 830 and take a long lunch break during which the phones arent answered. Not convenient when this is when most parents have time to call. I haven't heard anything about the walk ins from 8-9 that another reviewer posted about.

Love that they have walk in 8-9 am on weekdays for acute issues. Dr. Shelton is amazing, as have been everyone we have seen during acute visits.
