Local 64 is a dream. It's in a perfect location, it's wonderfully managed, and it offers generous pricing for a variety of office options. It has also become very clear to me, in just a couple of months, what a supportive community it is. I couldn't be happier here and am looking forward to staying for years to come.

My team and I all worked remotely, from different cities. Local 64 gave me the stable everyday office environment I needed, while also immersing me in the local community. It's an affordable and vibrant space with a location that couldn't be more central to downtown Montpelier.

As a sole employee of an national organization, I do not need an office by myself. Local 64 allows my comfortable office location in which I can connect with other members as if I had co-workers. Great setting for those with flexible work needs.

Local64 is a great spot to be productive- from a simple hot desk to your own office, there are options for all sizes. I love all of the after-work options within walking distance too...
