Katrina was very personable yet professional during my hearing test. She commended me on how well I understood the words with my severe hearing loss. That made me feel good. I also had an hearing aide issue while in FL, Hearing Life took care of the problem. I highly recommend Hearing Life.

My mom spent $5k on hearing aids. They were not worth the money and we have found out we paid double what an actual audiologists charges. When they broke, we sent them back under the warranty and they sent one with no volume control and we think an entirely different hearing aid it falls out of her ear! This place is an absolute rip off! Oh and those hearing tests are not free—they are charging Medicare and other insurances for them! Buyer beware!

In spite of multiple requests to be removed from Avada's mailing list for more than two years now, they IGNORE our request and continue their weekly and sometimes daily mailings asking for our business.
