The front office is shameful. They have lost my paperwork numerous times, they don’t send orders for labs or rx over to the pharmacy. I’ve been waiting three months to get information on a referral, which they insist they’ve me. I don’t know why they have such a hard time with basic tasks, but they can’t seem to get the simplest things done. Find somewhere else to go.

I really enjoy coming to colleen savage's office the receptionist are very personable. They always have us checked in before we even walk in the door and remembered our names the first day. Dr.Savage is a beautiful soul and we really appreciate how honest and real she is. The only thing we had bad feelings about was that the office is shared with a doctor who also does elderly patients so when we wait in the waiting room with our newborn there is sick old people in the lobby as well and it makes us nervous so we wait outside. But the receptionist and nurses are very understanding and they come get us from outside.

Everyone from the front office to the Doctor was very nice & professional. Dr Patalinghug took time to answer all my questions & did not rush my appointment.
