I have been going to McBride Chiropractic on and off for 20 years. He does a thorough check up, finds where you are misaligned and sets you back to normal. It is easier to breath after leaving his office. Still have not found a better Chiropractor since I left for the military. Every time I come home to visit on leave Dr. McBride fixes me up and refuses to charge me. He is an amazing Chiropractor and a stand up guy. Not sure what the gentleman with the 1 star review experienced. To me it sounded like a difference of opinion between two men, no reason to get petty with a 1 star review, but the staff have always been extremely welcoming to me and the Doc surpasses all chiropractors I've been to.

I have seen chiropractors for 30+ years. I was in dentistry for 35 years (I'm a retired hygienist) and we have just relocated here from Washington state. I am all about patient comfort and service. Dr Mcbride lacks chair side etiquette in my opinion. For example, at the outset he asked me what my pain level was. When I said 1 maybe 2, he basically questioned why I was there. Apparently preventive medicine or at the very least getting established with someone is a new concept to him. Also, the conversation was one way, no effort to get to know me at all. Then he tried to explain to me how stress can affect TMJ (the jaw joint) moments after I had shared my occupation. Really? How condescending or at the very least proving he doesn't listen well to others. Last but not least, it appeared infection control wasn't high on his list of priorities. He went from touching the bottom of my shoes, to touching treatment devices, to touching paperwork, to touching me and back to the shoes. A few days later I received a welcome card and written in it was how happy they were to have me as a patient. From the front office to the treatment room it couldn't have been more impersonal. I left feeling very uncomfortable and strange. I would NOT recommend this office.
