Dr. Benjo was receptive and patient. His front office staff and scheduling nurse are extremely rude. The front office hung up on me because I was upset that they have not successfully scheduled the patients outpatient procedure that has been pending over a month. Auth was not submitted as stated and they submitted late then blamed it on the VA. When I contacted the VA they had just received that day. Next call will be to the manager but we are not hopeful this will help. Will likely have to find someone else to help with this. Definitely some learning opportunities in customer service. Will be reporting this to the insurance and VA.

Ok. I think they're a new specialty in town. My 1st visit. I will be they're patient as long as they will have me...awesome pt. care, awesome clerical detail. Clean, professional. I refuse to call their nurse practitioner, nurse! Lol. I call her Dr. Roberts

Dr Garcia is the best cardiologist I have ever seen. He listens , very polite, and easily accessible. If you're looking for a cardiologist, please try him. You will be happy you did!
