I would leave this place no stars but that isn't an allowable option. If you care about your loved one you will not send them here. They neglect there patients, consistently forget to give them a call button and lie to their families about how well their doing. I have had my loved one send me a text message asking me to call and get them a nurse for respiratory care because they have been waiting 45 minutes for someone to check on them when they haven't been given a call bell and do not have the ability to get up and get it themselves. The staff ignores the patients so much that patients who can barely walk have to get up and try to do things themselves, resulting in many falls. My advice would be to take your monthly $10,000 and find a better place to put them. Always remember, regardless of who you talk to their, there well rehearsed speech is wonderful and sounds like you have found the place that checks off all the requirements you have been searching for. IT is all a falsity and you will regretted within minutes of admitting your loved one.

Employees are accommodating, professional, and treat patients with care. I don't worry about my mother while she's there. I have to agree with another reviewer when she says the building itself needs work, inside and outside as well as bedroom furniture. But I'd rather have compassionate care than beautiful surroundings.

My mom has been there for a few weeks now in long term care. I find although the place is in need of a lot of interior updating, the staff is extremely caring, friendly and accommodating.
