I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses from this place. First time was 6 years ago and it took almost 8 weeks. They tell you 3 to 4 weeks and it never is. Same exact thing happened when I ordered a pair in April. I wish they would just be honest in the first place. Then I call to find out when they will be in and I get an attitude by them every time. I’m still waiting patiently.

I’ve also gotten glasses there twice now and it only took two weeks maximum . Never had a bad experience there and an office shouldn’t get a low review based on order time. Dr Sobel is wonderful and professional and the place is clean and has a great selection of frames
