Niki C who I found out is actually a manager presents to be rude and condescending, providing no help for a product available to ensure my husbands safety during ambulation. Telling me if it was available it would be on the wall, when the product was clearly visable behind the counter. After my 4th attempt of asking for the product and pointing out where it was, she came down looked and stated I don't even have a price on this to sell you. When I called to complain regarding her poor interpersonal skills , lack of caring about client safety, the pharmacy tech placed her on the phone. Her tone remained the same (RUDE) She did offer at that time to call an associate, get a price for the item and have me drive back to the store ( in the rain) to purchase! Why did she just not do that to begin with??!! She claimed that it was because she thought I was in a rush ( which I wasn't) She just didn't want to take the time needed. I guess tgey think they are the only game in town for adaptive equipment so they can treat you poorly now that Wilcox is closed. I will never shop there again! Go to Keene Medical if you need a walker or device. They are much kinder and professional.

The staff is so helpful and they offer auto-refill, then they send you a text message letting you know that your order is ready. They give great advice on over-the-counter meds also. I have been a customer for 15 years and will never go anywhere else.

After waiting a day for an emergency prescription . I called Rutland Pharmacy asked them if it had been filled. They told told me they were waiting for paper work. I called my insurance company and was told Rutland Pharmacy held up my prescription because they did not like my insurance companies reimbursement rate.

I can't express how helpful Smiling Steve was when we transferred pharmacies, my father suffers from dementia, and they whole team was wonderful in their kindness, sympathy of our plight and compassion to make it as painless as possible to make the transition. Thank you all so!

I love Rutlland Pharmacy it is located in a good spot on Allen Street. They have great employee and Smiling Steve the founder of the chain is there a few times a week and he is always smiling when I see him and he knows me by name as do all the workers there do as well already the older nicer ladies there do not so much the you get girls they seem to be there how do I say it for the pay check.
