I'm a former employee of this theater. In a bid to save money, management has staff bag and store popcorn in a damp locker room with black mold on the walls and ceiling. Popcorn is dumped in the heaters the following morning. It's at least 48-72 hours old. Candy and Food is continuously sold, even if it is a month past expiration. Most of the theaters management and staff are recreational drug users. They're know to smoke marijuana upstairs or out back by the dumpsters during normal business hours. Others will drink alcohol they've poured into a water bottles. Half of the staff is under the influence of some substance, while on the clock. I was terminated by the general manager the day after I wrote an email to corporate addressing my concerns. I threatened to share my complaints with the public and was threaten with a defamation lawsuit. I urge the community of Rutland City to cease doing business with this establishment. Their incompetence may put health and safety of you or a loved one at risk.

Small theater with reasonable ticket prices, comfortable seating, and reasonable project quality.nnI read the reviews about this theater and after visiting it, was confused. The seating is as good as it gets. You can nearly fully recline in your seat. The screen was large relative to the space. The picture quality was good, although slightly dimmed. This would only be apparent to the most avid moviegoers. There was a mark in the screen which I found distractingly and should be repaired.nnOverall, a good venue.

They have decent and low prices however some of their theaters are extremely dated while others are really nice. Their bathroom facilities tend to be dirty.

Awful! I paid $40 for my family to see onward just to hear a woman talking and shouting thru the ENTIRE MOVIE! I went up to the counter multiple times to complain just to have absolutely nothing done meanwhile other parents in the movie were saying shut up tothe disruptive woman stand the manager refused still to take any action! Costs too much to see a movie now and to not even be able to hear half of it is ridiculous! No refund offere . Other parents just as upse . Do not come to this theater. just a waste of money!

Theater was clean and the staff was friendly. Also, it wasn't very crowded which I prefer. It is true this isn't a NYC theater, but I don't expect that from a small city like Rutland. I did feel the popcorn was stale which should be an easy fix, but overall it is great to have this place in town.
