My 86 year old father Donald Mancini was a resident of 22Watkins Avenue. He fell in the laundry room last March and broke his nose, several bones in his face and had multiple contusions. I contacted the Rutland housing trust several times and left messages with a half dozen people and no one ever called me about my father’s condition. The only time they ever contacted us is for money. They charge extra for everything and do not adhere to their contract. My dad died last Tuesday on his patio. Again I called and left messages and emails with a half dozen staff members and to this day not one response. Not one condolence. The neighbors at 22Watkins were nosy snobs who never reached out to my dad and didn’t want to make friends. Don’t believe the success stories you read on their website. It’s all propaganda. If u love your elderly parent, don’t entrust them to the Rutland Housing trust. They only want their monthly rent and every other dime or nickel they can steal from their seniors. ’
