I would like to give no stars, but google will not process this review without giving some stars. Last year, my condominium suffered water damage from a unit above ours. This was my first damage claim in 18 years. Kinney Pike was much more invested in protecting Vermont Mutual Insurance Company than protecting me. They were not interested in our claim being settled fairly and our water damaged unit sat for months without repair. We had black mold on some of our water damaged woodwork. Their adjuster suggested that our contractor just sand paper off the black mold and reuse the woodwork. In Google they show workers In hazmat suits working on black mold remediation. Stay away from both Kinney Pike and Vermont Mutual Insurance Company. Both do not fairly represent their clients interests.
