We cancelled our service and they continue to schedule visits. Also, we double paid and we have never been reimbursed after 3 months although they have repeatedly have said they are sending a check.

I dropped this service after being billed for several visits that never took place. I talked with a representative and explained what happened. Orkin promptly refunded my money for two non-visits. Then, months later, began billing me again for new visits that never took place. How do I know? Because the house is locked as is the gate on the road leading to the house. No one can get in unless I let them in! Since I did not pay for visits that did not take place, today I found that they had billed my credit card without my permission! I would advise you to find a reputable company before using Orkin or be prepared to waste a lot of time with them and your credit card company!

Top Notch service from the top down at the 996-Burlington VT office. Our service tech was L. Rollins. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about outlining a service plan that met our immediate and reoccurring needs. Completely satisfied with the company's thoroughness and commitment to customer service.
