I highly recommend Rutland Appliance! The salesman, Jonathon, was knowledgeable and thorough without being pushy. The appliances are excellent quality. Delivery was spot on within the window. Delivery personnel were clean, polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. You will not be disappointed when you shop & purchase from Rutland Appliance.

We went on a Saturday and purchased a washer and dryer. They were delivered and installed two days later. The delivery guys were great. Courteous and quick. I would highly recommend this business. Bypass the big box stores and by local. Much better service!

I just bought my third appliance from these guys. They keep getting better and better every single time I return and they were stellar to begin with. They understand what a budget is and work hard to stay in it. While being supportive and friendly. This was the first time I used their delivery and set up service and it was absolutely AMAZING!! The guys that came to my house were incredibly kind and respectful! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it to be!! Walked me through allnThe bells and whistles & answered alnMy questions! A true extension of the amazing service I got from the shop!!nI will never buy my appliances from anywhere else.

I called in (because I live over an hour away) to see if they had any used refrigerators available - they did not have anything that met my requirements - they did, however, have a shipment with some “scratch n dent” items arriving that day, and there was a new fridge, which did meet my needs, available on that truck. The price was good, too - especially since I was looking for a large capacity, used fridge. So far (I bought the fridge a week ago), the fridge is working well. It is a louder fridge, especially for something newer, but I had gone online to see the reviews for this particular item, as I had not heard of the brand prior (Insignia) and that model had a 4⭐ufe0f Rating, with several reviewers noting that it ran a bit louder. The noise was not an issue for me, because the fridge is in a different part of the house than we are generally in. All that being said, service, item availability and transaction were spot on. Highly recommended - Thank you!
