Just when you think customer service doesn't exist in a world of uncertainty, Legacy Glass exceeds all expectations. You can really tell that this is a family owned and loved business, a way of life, and treated with more respect and warmth that other businesses could only wish for. I've had three windshields replaced in the past 5 years on three different vehicles, and I've seen the same people,the same smiles, and superb customer service. This is the consistency that a customer expects, but rarely finds. And let me tell you, the prices are just as good, if not even better than those big boxes stores all over. Glass all comes from the same factory, but service is a family tradition and can't be bought. Thanks Legacy, my vote for the State's best glass replacement!
He knocked off $20 because they found a universal seal which looks better to me honestly than the O.E. over all was way cheaper than SafeLite!!! Technician did the windshield in a timely fashion under an hour! Lady's up front are nice.. Manager complimented my car and so did the Technician... 10 STARS!!!
