Only had appetizers in our party and they were varied, diverse and delicious! Great place to get locally brewed beer as well. Clean, pleasant and a friendly staff.

Nice people. Nice outdoor seating. Dog friendly. Bring the puppy!

Went to Hop'n Moose a couple months ago when we were in Rutland and really enjoyed their Rutland Raider pizza! A combination of sliced apple, cheddar cheese, smoked bacon on a garlic base with a drizzle of maple syrup. We were back in Rutland this week and had to get the Rutland Raider - the same great taste. Our only disappointment is that we should have ordered 2 and taken 1 back home with us!!

Such a great place all around! The beer was delicious, with the Rutland Red being one of the best Amber Ales I've ever had. It looks like fire roasted pizzas are the go-to for food here, but we were in the mood for burgers so did that instead. Definitely not a mistake! The burgers were cooked to absolute perfection with the most delicious crispy crust. For sure the best burger I've had in quite a while.nnThe place itself is super cool, with a really friendly inviting vibe. Everyone was cheerful and helpful from the minute we walked in the door. Liam was a great waiter, always there when we needed him and ready to offer recommendations when we couldn't make a decision.nnThis was a great experience in every way. Hop'n Moose will absolutely be the first place we visit the next time we are in Rutland. Cheers!

We got the meat lovers pizza, brussel sprouts, and nachos. We still have yet to find good pizza in VT...perhaps it's because we live in CT, close to New York. The nachos were stale even after being baked. The brussel sprouts and the service were this restaurants saving grace. Unfortunately, we would probably not eat here again.
