As a FORMER regular customer and employee I can attest to the tactics of current management, and the lack of respect for customers. Do not get your coffee there. Since last month the coffee that you get early in the morning has sat in a filter wide open to the elements the prior night so that it is easier to brew for the manager. If that isn’t bad enough or showing no respect for any of the customers who are charged FULL PRICE for mishandled drinks, then how about how the current manager resorted to bully tactics to get rid of some employees. The manager before him a younger woman who was doing a wonderful job by the way, was demoted to make room for a man I had great respect for. Right up until the point where he bullied my coworkers. I can vouch for the many times I agreed with him, and his decisions being for the good of the employees and customers, and that he was a good man at one point, but since his return he resorts to spreading rumors, yelling, and insulting employees. All to bring back his old assistant who was relieved of her position at the company for similar, to be entirely fair, more egregious, but still similar bullying tactics. If you’re looking for a job there don’t waste your time unless you like the idea of being used and abused, unless new management is put in place. I will also be giving this information to corporate directly, and to Mohave County Department of Public Health. They will try taking this down, and might succeed seeing as they have gotten other bad reviews down, such as the one that gave great detail of those bullying tactics mentioned above.

I live in Parker and go to Havasu I'm able to call ahead and have them pump my gas due to the fact I'm in a wheelchair I've been had such superior customer service, I'm so thankful to Great service. Especially to the gentleman that manges the Zip there Thank again. Happy Customer😀

Very friendly staff and if you have a credit or debit card you can use it after hours. They also have the cheapest prices in town on gas and on propane!
