We were a group of four. Extremely slow service. Waited thirty minutes to place order and had to walk in and ask if someone was going to take it. Waited another forty minutes for food to arrive. Simple order, four burgers medium well. Two arrived medium raw. Sent one back and never heard from waitress again. Hostess was very nice about adjusting our check.

We went in Christmas Eve and were truely disappointed, way over priced for serious lack of taste. We had gone in late summer for burger night and the food was good server was amazing, the assistant manager checked on us and you could tell she new what she was doing. So we were excited to go for Christmas Eve dinner. My husband had the scallop dish and the maple cream sauce was just bland, no maple flavor what so ever. My friends wedge salad just looked like it was thrown on a plate and for the price that is not acceptable. I know it was Christmas however we waited 50 mins between apps and entree. Management was severly lacking, staff were saying horrible things about the GM, Granted I'm sure working the holidays had something to do with it but the restaurant just seemed like chaos Christmas Eve. My friends went in the next day and said the older woman hostessing was rude and clueless how to do her job, but their server was friendly and manager got them dessert for the hostesses rudeness and apologized. Can't say we will be back. We've dined several times over the years and always the same problems. We own a restaurant so we know how things can go but the same issues over a long period of time aren't ok. Find a new GM and food consistency.

A 'refreshing' take on a tried (tired) and true aquatic experience. A tasteful yet unassuming glass of 33° delight. Nine cubes is a daring take on ice, but definitely hit the mark.

Everyone was super friendly. Our waitress Charissa was very friendly and explained the Waygu Burger to us with lots of detail. I ordered a apple martinibut it didn't taste like I normally have. She made every effort to make me happy. Sherry came to the rescueand it was perfectly made. I would definitely recommend Coleman Brook Tavern to anyone that visits your area. Thank you all for a great experience!

It’s about two stars for value, but if you know what you’re in for it’s free or even four stars. The ribeye steak was good and actually cooked medium-rare, as ordered. The French onion soup was good, as was the salad. Everything is about 25 percent more than I’d expect based on other restaurants. The service is very friendly and we never ran out of water, but we were tucked away around a corner and they seemed to forget about us when we wanted the check and we had to get search them out. I’m told the wine was good, a red that obviously didn’t need to be chilled, unlike a previous reviewer’s chardonnay. The armchair seating is comfy but sort of hard to eat and also to talk, as you’re a couple of feet away from the table. The bathrooms are outside the restaurant in the hotel lobby, which is a little weird. A lot of people come with little kids and they’re very good at handling that. There are also patrons who speak a lot of different languages, and they seem to have no difficulty. I’m short, slowish service, adequate food, overpriced. But they’re open on holidays, so they might be among very few choices.
