Have had a great experience with Vermont orthopedic clinic and the doctors at the outpatient services of Rutland regional medical center
I am in the process of getting my complaints answered as I believe that they are not capable of supplying the right care for certain mentally unstable people. They are not telling people what they are injecting them with until the substance has already been injected. Especially when the patient asked ahead of time and had good reason as her uncle passed away due to the incompetence of a nurse or doctor administering concentrated insulin, when in fact it should have been a normal dose. Her uncle went into a coma and never came out. This person that had a bad experience was having a mental crisis and the hospital discharged her after keeping her 72 hours against her will without telling her why or doing an physical or mental exams. RRMC did NOT verbally explain the discharge, the diagnosis, or even who to call in case of another crisis, even though the Police Chief of a local town brought this woman in. They have left a very vulnerable person, under the influence of a very powerful anti-psychotic, in a very un-safe environment by letting visitors in to visit while this person was incapable of talking or carrying on a conversation. I will not even give this hospital one star because I am the person who went through this. I am currently looking for a good lawyer.
It's a good hospital but a long wait!
