I've had excellent service from Service Pros on many occasions. They have diagnosed problems and fixed them every time. Reasonably priced.
After a fashion, they came to see what was wrong with my refrigerator. They said they would order the part and schedule a return date. I got a phone call that quoted me $320.00 and I foolishly agreed.(More than twice the price of any other reputable company for this same repair.) I waited a week, 3 weeks and then after more than a month I called and cancelled all business connections with them. I was told I would have to pay for the first visit, which produced nothing. Fair warning to all.
Excuse me for being rude as I wouldn't usually do this but I have been without a refrigerator for going on 3 months with Service Pros making numerous visits to repair while the father and son who come out spend their time arguing with one another. At this time the lack of knowledge or quality of time spent on trying to repair my fridge has been beyond extreme frustrating. Along with the fact that after speaking with the LG company they have financial taken advantage of me as well charging me $350. for a service call when other companies only charge $85. I guess I can only blame myself for not doing my homework when finding a repair company. I now know that I will not be calling these people ever again.

Horrible, was hired after fire. If they weren't capable should of said so in beginning. They got paid by insurance Company, THAT THEY MADE SURE OF! Yet our house was worse after they came in & a lot of things missing.Appliances, they never did a thing to fix them. When I picked clothes up at dry cleaners(which took me forever to find out where our clothes were b/c they refused to answer phone) there were single white 100% cotton old sport socks. No two matched & who sends sport socks to get dry cleaned. I would never & ethically could never refer anything to them. Horrible people, what they put us through, I would never wish on anyone.
