I just visited the facility for a quick check up on something. The front desk was incredibly nice. I went through express care and waited a mere 2 minutes or so. Then I was seen by a man who I believe his name is Matt. Incredibly nice and intelligent. I would trust telling him anything. This is not even my first visit. I believe I have seen this same person throughout my visits and would highly recommend seeing him. You can tell he is very serious about his line of work and has a lot of knowledge to bring to the table with all different kinds of medical scenarios. I cannot thank him enough.

The last few visits with my PCP and the entire office, have been less than thorough. Follow through has been awful. Leaving a patient in the dark about a possibly serious medical issue - is wrong. When this happens once. Let it slide. More than once. Not okay. It is my health & I deserve better.

Nice facility, well received at front desk and by nursing staff. Unfortunately the PCP I was seeing didn't inspire a lot of confidence in me. I won't be seeing her again.

Front desk was so incredibly nice and helpful! Nurse was nice enough but very short. The doctor I saw was friendly but didn't have very many answers for me. I asked if I would need a referral to go to the ent and she didn't know. I'm usually seen in castleton and next time will just wait until they are open (I went to express care in Rutland on a holiday).
