I am totally impressed by the method Jared from Wildlife and Bat Control Vermont used to remove the raccoon family in my outer yard. He was very polite and gentle. He used some non-toxic spray which disturbed the raccoons. They started moving out, the traps were already set. The raccoons were then carried out by Jared. Before going he handed me a bill which had some mistake in it. Upon my inquiry he corrected it. But that shouldn't have happened. Overall, the service is good, the removal was done using a humane way and the animal was not frightened at all. Two thumbs up!
They were very responsive and polite. From the time that I called their customer hotline number, I already knew then that I am in good hands. They managed to catch three raccoons and after verifying that there were no more signs of infestation, they closed the access point and cleaned the area. Highly appreciate the work they did.
I had a problem of invading raccoons I called several companies but was not satisfied with their solution options or their prices. I was satisfied with Wildlife and Bat Control Vermont's approach to solving the problem. They were not only professional but also friendly and even went out of their way to help me. Their pricing was reasonable too.
